GV II

House. Mid C19, recently restored. Brick in Flemish bond, with
double and triple headers in some places. Gable facing roof of
slate with deep bracketed eaves. 2-storey cross wing to left
rear.
2 storeys with single-storey entrance porch to the left with
brick plat to parapet and dentil cornice. 3-window range. All
openings are flat-arched. Entrance with flush architrave and
cornice; jambs and lintel treated as moulded architrave. All
ground-floor windows with architrave and cornice; ground-floor
windows with 6x6; projecting sills with gauged brick lintels.
First-floor windows with fretted architrave and ornamental
cresting. Stacks to rear of cross gable; one pair of stacks to
right return, with one 1st-floor window between them.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Forms a group with Nos 5-13 (odd) (qqv).
