House. c1800. Multi-coloured stock brick with stucco cornice
to rebuilt brick parapet.
3 storeys and basement, 3 bays. Steps up to round-arched
doorway in slightly advanced right bay with Doric pilasters
and cornice head to timber doorcase with altered fanlight
above. Gauged, flat brick arches to recessed sash windows with
stucco sills, 1st-floor sill string.
INTERIOR: partly altered but has curved staircase with
palmette pattern balusters on alternate treads, and cut
string. Several original fireplaces and decorative cornices to
rooms.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: cast-iron railing to steps.
