Granary warehouse, c1883. Yellow stock brick with 3-course
dentilled brick cornice to parapet with coping.
6 storeys, 20 bays to street, part of south-east corner sliced
off with catslide above 1st floor. Full-height
segmental-arched recesses contain 8, irregularly spaced hatch
ranks, and segmental-headed and mostly 2-light wood mullioned
casements. Inset drain pipes.
River front has outer 5 bays slightly separated from inner
group of 4. C20 wall mounted lattice jibbed crane on 2nd floor
of 5th bay from west. On the roof are mounted 3 elevation
housings with pyramidal roofs. Similar returns of 13 and 14
bays.
INTERIOR: has timber floors.
