Warehouse backing onto St Saviour's Dock, now flats. c1870,
rebuilt inside C20. Stock brick with toothed brick cornice and
parapet.
6 storeys, 5 bays. Ground floor has 3 segmental-arched, and 1
square-headed opening. Central segmental-headed hatch rank
(now adapted as balconies) above ground floor. Small windows
with segmental, gauged yellow brick arches. Grey brick bands
to alternate storeys. Hoist to hatch rank at 5th floor.
Similar dockside elevation.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Good group value with other warehouses between St Saviour's
Dock and Shad Thames (qqv).
