and railings

GV II

Road-frontage walls and railings in front of reservoir. Late
C19, probably 1891. Plymouth limestone rubble brought to
course, dressed limestone chamfered copings and wrought-iron
railings with crocketed finials and turned cast-iron
stanchions with twist decoration and turned finials. The wall
top steps up the hill to the right.
