2 houses with attached area railings to right. Numbered right
to left, described left to right. c1820-50 with later
alterations. Stucco over brick with renewed tile roof and
stucco ridge stacks; iron railings and porch. L-plan.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys with basement at right, 4 first-floor
windows and single-storey entrance porch set back to left.
First-floor band. 6/6 sashes where original in plain reveals
and with sills. Entrance at left a 3-panel door in solid porch
with crowning cornice; otherwise a C20 door at right. Basement
has C20 windows. Left return has 3 first-floor windows, 6/6
sashes.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: porch to left has scrolled uprights and
tent roof. Area railings have scrolled lozenge motif.
Arrowhead railings with urn finials to boundary divide.
