Boathouse. Early to mid C19, restored late C20. Stuccoed
brickwork to ground floor, timber frame and weatherboard
cladding above. Hipped plain tiled roof. 3 storeys, 1 bay.
Central double doors on each floor, late C20 on ground floor.
Hoist above. At rear double doors on ground and second floors
with hoist over. INTERIOR not inspected.
