House. C18, probably mid - late, with later alterations. Red
brick in Flemish bond. Welsh slate roof with painted brick
dentilled eaves and brick end stack right.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys. 3 windows on 1st floor, outer 2 now
blocked in, 6/6 sash in rubbed brick surround with painted
sill to centre, all having flat gauged brick arches;
heavily-moulded bracketed
plat band. Two boxed 6/6 sashes with painted sills to 2nd
floor. On ground floor a single boxed 8/8 sash with flat
gauged brick arch, painted sill, and heavy-moulded plat band
above. On left, doorcase with moulded surround separately
enclosing an overlight and a renewed 6-panel door up 3 stone
steps with nosings. Moulded painted plinth.
