House in row. Early C19 with mid-C19 and later alterations.
Red brick in Flemish bond with brick dogtooth eaves. Plain
tile roof with inserted flat-roofed dormer and shared brick
stack at left end.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys with attic and cellar; single-window
range. On each lower floor, a 1/2 boxed sash incorporating
coloured glass margin lights to upper sash and with painted
channelled voussoirs, keystone and sill. Dormer has 2-light
casement window. Doorcase on right has gabled hood,
round-arched architrave, fanlight with radial glazing bars,
6-panel door in deep reveal, and shallow stone step. Rendered
plinth.
