House. c1700, restored C20. Stuccoed. Low pitch plain tile
roof, brick stack to right of centre. 3 storeys, 5 bays, 2:1:2
with recessed centre bay. Ground floor horizontal rusticated.
At centre 3 stone steps approach recessed 6-fielded panel
door, panelled reveals and moulded architrave, triglyph and
rosette frieze, flat hood supported on male caryatids. To left
and right two 12-pane sashes set under flat arches with
keystone. First and second floors each have two 12-pane sashes
set under flat arches with keystone, band course and coped
parapet. INTERIOR not inspected.
