Villa now school house. c1840. Stuccoed. Low pitch Welsh slate
hipped roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays stepped. Rusticated quoins
flanking each bay. On right 6-panelled door, blinded fanlight
set in projecting 1-storey rusticated porch with flanking
engaged Tuscan columns, frieze cornice and parapet. 2
round-headed sashes flanking porch. To left one C20 casement
in each of the 2 bays. First floor has 2 margin glazed sashes
and one C20 casement each set in moulded architrave, sillband
course. Return on left stepped in 2 bays with C20 flat roof
extension in the recess. INTERIOR not inspected.
