House. c1820-30. Stucco over brick with mansard slate roof.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys with attic, 3 first-floor windows. Centre
window to first floor is blind, otherwise 6/6 sashes, except
to ground floor which are blind. All in plain reveals and with
sills. Central entrance a 6-panel door with fanlight. 2 attic
dormers.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Forms a group with No.8 Rodney Road (qv) and Cambray Baptist
Church, Cambray Place (qv).
