Farmhouse. Late C18 with later alteration and extension. Front
of squared red sandstone, elsewhere of random rubble; slate
roof with stone copings and stone gable end stacks.
EXTERIOR: 2-storey, 3-window front. 4-panel half-glazed door
with narrow rectangular overlight fronted by single storey
gabled porch with coping. Windows at front are recessed 6/6
sashes with margin glazing, stone sills and rectangular
lintels. Ovolo moulded eaves gutter cornice.
Other windows are uPVC. INTERIOR: exposed ceiling beam,
boarded and 4-panel doors.
