Villa, now club. c1820-50 with later additions and alterations
including late C20 projecting wings on either side. Stucco
over brick with slate roof, hipped at left.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, 7 first-floor windows. Mainly 6/6 and 2/2
horizontal-pane sashes where original; blind openings to 2nd
second-floor window and 4th first- and second-floor windows;
tripartite windows with 1/1 sashes to left and 9/9 sash to
first floor of projecting central 2-storey porch; panelled
double doors with pilastered doorcase and pediment.
