GV II

House. Mid C19. Brick with stucco dressings and slate roof
with a ridge stack. Plinth, first floor band, modillion wooden
eaves. 2 storeys plus garrets, 2 bays. Windows are mainly
glazing bar sashes with stucco surrounds.
East side has to left a latticed tent-roofed wooden porch
covering a rendered doorcase. Above, a sash to the garret.
North side has 2 glazing bar sashes and above, 2 sashes.
West end, to Steep Hill, has a square wooden oriel window on
brackets, with a cast-iron balcony railing. Above it, a sash,
and above again, a glazing bar sash.
INTERIOR not inspected.
Outside, to south, a brick wall with stone coping, topped with
an iron spearhead railing. To left, a segment headed door.
