House now surgery. Early C19 with mid C19 alterations.
Colourwashed brick, slate roof with lead dressings.
EXTERIOR: 3-storey, 4-bay front, ground floor extended mid C19
has 2-panel half-glazed door with to left 2 plain sashes. To
right a plain sash and a flush panel garden door with fan
overlight in stained glass. To 1st floor 2 plain sashes, a
doorway onto flat roof and a rectangular bay window. To 2nd
floor 4 plain sashes.
Church Close elevation has a single plain sash to each floor.
All windows have brick segmental heads.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
This building has strong group value with Nos 3-7 Church
Close.
