Includes: Warehouse occupied by Agricultural Supply Co SOUTH
SQUARE.
Warehouse now derelict. Early C19. Red brick in English bond,
part-painted, slate roofs with half-hipped gabled ends.
Parallel ranges.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys plus attics, 7-bay front arranged 3:1:3
arranged in 2 gables with centre bay slightly recessed under
valley. Painted brick to below 1st floor. Ground floor
somewhat altered has central arched opening with to each side
a doorway, window and further opening. Each gable has to the
upper floors a central hatch doorway flanked by single 2-light
windows. To each floor of the centre bay a similar single
window.
The riverside end has a similar elevation. Long side elevation
of 3 storeys and 14 bays. Windows are C19 2-light casements
with brick segmental heads.
