Terraced house, now offices. Late C18 with later additions and alterations. Painted stucco over brick with plain clay tile roof partially concealed behind parapet, tall rendered stack with oversailing detail and pots to left rear roof slope.
Plan: Double-depth with central stairwell. Three storeys. three first-floor windows. Stucco detailing includes cornice and sills; lined to represent ashlar. 1/1 sashes throughout. Cornice and console brackets remain from earlier C19 shopfront.
