Monument. C19. Bronze statue of the Prince Imperial 1857-1879 by Count Gleichen, sculptor. In military uniform on high, polished shaped granite plinth with diagonal buttresses to angles on which rest four bronze eagles. Inscription states that the statue was erected by subscriptions from over 25,000 officers and men of HM forces.
