House, attached to left side of Lansdowne House (qv). Dated 1706, with mid and late C19 alterations.
MATERIALS: Squared soft limestone rubble with C19 freestone dressings, pantile roof with moulded stacks to left return and right party wall.
PLAN: Three unit plan with rear left wing, now separate dwelling.
EXTERIOR: Four storeys, three window range (four windows to third floor). Continuous low coped parapet, cornice and frieze with Lansdowne House. C19 plate glass sash windows with raised eared and shouldered surrounds. To left two storey canted bay with stone balustraded parapet, to inside right C19 six-panel door with tall panels to top and overlight flanked by Tuscan pilasters, cornice and plaque inscribed N S 1706.
