Detached house. Early C19, possibly re-fronted early C18 house similar to other early C18 houses in Weston.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar facade rubblestone to rest, hipped slate roof with moulded stacks to the returns.
PLAN: Three-unit plan.
EXTERIOR: Three storeys, symmetrical seven-window range. Coped parapet and returned cornice, second floor sill band and ground floor platband. Chamfered architraves to plate glass sash windows without horns, triple or wide tripartite windows flank single window over semicircular arch and plain fanlight over six-raised and fielded panel door, paired windows to sides of ground floor. No windows to left return, blocked door and C20 window to rear of right return, C19 and C20 windows to rear.
