Piers, gate and quadrant boundary walls
to Linsley House and Clarendon House

Gate piers with gate, quadrant walls with balustrade. c1860.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, cast iron gate.
EXTERIOR: The access to Clarendon House, from the lane to the west, has an iron decorative gate between square piers with bold, slightly domed cappings with sunk panels, set back, with a quadrant of wall each side carrying short balusters and a moulded coping on a bed course, returned to short straight runs each side, the width of the plot.
