House in row. c1800/Late C18.
MATERIALS: Coursed and squared rubble, slate and double Roman tile roof.
PLAN: Single depth plan with bold mansard roof, slated to lower slopes.
EXTERIOR: Two storeys with attic, paired twelve pane sash dormer above twelve pane sashes in flush dressed surrounds to bold square sills, two at first floor, and paired to ground floor, with original flush six panel door to right. Gables are coped, and two stage ashlar stack to left. Rear has single twelve pane sash dormer, above two twelve pane sashes, with slated lean-to and deep single storey wing, to right.
INTERIOR: Not inspected.
A plain-fronted house belonging to the initial phase of development in this south-eastern part of Bath.
