Detached house. Early C19, possibly with earlier fabric and C20 alterations.
MATERIALS: Limestone rubble, double Roman tile roof.
PLAN: Long single depth gabled range, with domestic range to right and service to left, building layout suggests possible earlier farm usage, or carriage-house.
EXTERIOR: Two storeys, three windows, all two-light small-pane casements, with paired unit to right of central part glazed door in deep plain reveals and down two steps, with flat wooden hood on brackets, recorded as gable hood in former listing. Section to left has small square opening and larger, with broad flush ashlar surround, at first floor, above wide C20 garage doors and further wide C20 glazed door. Gables are coped, with stack to right, and another at eaves to left of main door. Returns are plain, rear not visible.
