Small house, now shop. Probably mid C19.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, roof not visible.
EXTERIOR: Two storeys, two windows, six/six sashes in plain reveals. Ground floor has full width late C19 display front in two wide bays, with pilasters and parapet with dies, all brought forward, and with door under deep transom light to left. Above small cornice is high blocking course with parapet swept up at ends, and raised over small central curved pediment. Property is set back very slightly from those each side.
INTERIOR: Not inspected.
