Description

Walled garden and Gardener's house; 2-storey, 3-bay cottage, in mixed rubble , grey tooled granite dressings. Bracketted cornice to centre door and flanking windows; 2 small windows in 1st floor outer bays; 4 and 6 pane glazing; centre ridge stack; piended slate roof.

East gable of cottage built into east wall of large walled garden, with window looking into it.

Coped rubble walls to garden, which is open on south side.
