Description

Later 19th century. 2 single storey symmetrical pairs of
gabled farm cottages.
Squared and snecked rubble with droved ashlar dressings
and chamfered arrises to openings.
S ELEVATIONS: 5-bay. Bipartites at centre and outer
bays. Gabled porches to 2nd and 4th bays with timber
columns, decorative brackets and barge boarding.
Timber railings.
N ELEVATIONS: rear gabled bay projecting at centre
flanked by recessed door and window bays.
Small-pane modern doors with fanlights. Plate glass
glazing to sash and case windows, with 4-pane to single
lights of No 12. Timber eaves brackets to overhanging
eaves. Slate roofs chamfered arrises and coping to small
stacks.
Rubble coped rubble retaining walls to S, E and W.
