Description

Peddie and Washington Browne, 1898 single storey with
attic, converted coach-house with addition at rear.
Random rubble Rattlebag stone with red ashlar dressings.
Red tile-hanging between lintels and eaves.
W ELEVATION: irregular 5 bay. Advanced gable bay
off-centre to right with segmentally arched opening at
ground now filled with tripartite door. Single window
and weather-vane above. 2 single windows to left, 3 to
right. Tripartite gabled timber dormers.
Small-pane glazing to sash and case windows. Moulded
coping to brick stacks. Piended slate roof.
