Description

Early 20th century. Rectangular lifeboat house with slipway.
Squared mixed granite, tooled ashlar dressings. Concrete
slipway. Slightly projecting bay fronts Harbour Place
gable with double-leaf plank door; wide double-leaf
plank sliding doors close house from slipway. Lean-to
porch in centre of W elevation under continuous catslide
roof and flanked by window each side. Gable loft window
above boat doors. Slate roof; tiled ridge. Concrete slipway
with track, fronts boat doors.
