Description

Courtyard plain; original small L-plan tower house at N.W. angle
of court: 2 storey basement and attic corbelled stair tower
on N (upper part restored) notable Renaissance sculpture to
doorway in re-entrant angle on cast. Remainder 2 storey/
single storey and attic, mainly 18th century. Much
remodelled in 1908. N. Wall of courtyard with fine
Renaissance gateway dated 1668. Simple interiors mainly
of 18th century date except on S. and parts of E wing,
long gallery of W, only 1st floor of tower house is panelled.
