Description

Dated 1885. 2-storey and attic, asymmetrical 6 bays, with
further single storey, single bay addition at west gable, all
coursed grey rubble, red tooled sandstone dressings.
Near symmetrical 5 bays with advanced gabled outer bays and
gabled centre bay with round-headed centre door; outer bays
linked by verandah supported by 2 white painted fluted
columns. Projecting bay at west. Some canted angles;
tripartites and bipartites; round-headed bipartites in 1st
floor above entrance with dated monogram above. 2 piended
dormers; mainly 2-pane glazing; some jerkin-headed gables;
decorative wooden finials to apices; coped end and ridge
stacks; slate roofs with projecting eaves.

(Hotel). Formerly the Invergarry Hotel.
