mullioned window in east gable, flanking projecting gabled
porch with round-headed entrance. All grey rubble with tooled
red sandstone dressings. Datestone and monogram in porch

bipartites in ground and 1st floor of dwelling to west.

Statement of Interest

Monogram of Ellice family, formerly of Invergarry House (now Glengarry Hotel). Tigh-Mhonaidh was formerly the hospital, a very unusual amenity in a Highland village built for the village by Mr & Mrs E. Ellice.
