Description

Early 19th century, 3 storeys, 5 bays with kiln rising
full height to rear; coursed rubble, bullfaced dressings,
ashlar wheel gable. 2 doors, 4 windows in ground floor,
front elevation; symmetrical 5-bay fenestration in 1st
and (lower) 2nd floors; gable windows; 2 small wallhead
vents each flank of kiln, which also has ridge ventilator.
Multi-pane glazing, with lower section of each window
blind; crowstepped gables; single end stack; slate roof.
Overshot wheel at east served by near ruinous raised
lade.
