Dated 1871. Asymmetrical 2-storey Gothic villa. Stugged
ashlar with polished dressings and rusticated quoins. South
east entrance front with projecting central porch with
engaged shafts supporting gabled head, pointed arched door
with moulded reveals approached by steps. Right bay with 2 pointed-headed lights under pointed arch, 2 pointed lights in
wallhead gable. Blind left bay, with corbelled turret at
right with conical fish-scale slated roof. Projecting,
single-storey, semi-circular angle window at left with
pointed lights; similar lights on canted, gabled face above.
Similarly treated windows to south west elevation and
shouldered wall head stack. Deeply projecting eaves and slate
roof.
