Description

A two-storey, three-bay house, dating from around 1770 with two-bay addition to east. Now converted into two houses (2022). Rubble construction with raised and painted margins, pitched slate roof, rendered chimneystacks and scrolled skewputs. Rectangular on plan. Main (north) elevation symmetrically arranged around central door opening, with a lugged architrave and projecting cornice.

Two-bay block to east (No.1), dating from late 18th or early 19th century. Similar construction and detailing but with a piended gable. Evidence of window to left being a former a door opening. Door opening inside (east) elevation with stop-and-start surround and raised margins.

Exterior of both properties formerly stuccoed with painted margins. Late-20th century single-storey addition to rear (south) elevation of No.3.
