Description

1787. Severe T-plan, squared granite cherry cocked with
slate, skewputs, segment headed bird cage bellcote with
ballfinial. Glazing altered. Interior of considerable
interest, galleries N.W. & E. with two wooden columns each to
ceiling, 3 arches in cove of ceiling W. & E. Original pulpit
with fine ogee sounding board with balustraded arca in front.
No monuments in churchyard except for Cairness enclosure.

Statement of Interest

Ecclesiastical building in use as such. The manse was built

in 1824 but has been considerably altered and is of no

interest.
