Description

Mid-later 19th century. Single storey and attic, 5-bay
cottage (formerly 3- and 2-bay dwellings). Rubble, tooled
rubble dressings. Alternate window-door-window street
frontage; 2 later gabled dormers. 2 windows in gable and
continuous single storey, rear wing. 4-pane glazing to
street frontage, 6-pane in gable and wing windows.
Concrete coped end stacks; slate roofs with loft roof light.
Modernised and harled garden elevation.

Former Item No 13. N side of street is known locally as East

Church Street, the S side as Church Street.
