Description

Early 19th century. 2-storey 3-bay farmhouse. Stugged and droved rubble, squared and coursed for principal elevation; ashlar dressings. Deep-set doorway at centre with fanlight; windows in flanking bays and to each bay at 1st floor. Stair window off-centre to left of rear

elevation, with windows and door in outer bays. Row of single storey cottages adjoined to SW gable at right angles, lining road.

12-pane glazing pattern in sash and case windows. Ashlar coped skews. Grey slates. End stacks.

QUADRANTS, GATES AND RAILINGS: low, ashlar coped quadrant walls, white painted harling. Arrowhead wrought-iron gates and railings.
