Description

Late 19th century, 2-storey lodge (?gamekeeper's lodge), with steeply-pitched slated roof, flat-roofed dormer windows at wallhead breaking through timber bracketted overhanging eaves to NW elevation, tall asymmetrical stacks, windows divided by timber mullions, sash and case glazing pattern (some windows 8-pane, some 2-pane). Modern timber stair at NE gable concealing side entrance, and modern addition to E. Lower rear wings and series of 5 single storey gabled outbuildings with decorative fretted bargeboards to SW (facing Ballathie House).
