Description

Mid-19th century. Single-storey, 3-bay estate cottage with later porch. Harled, with Turriff sandstone margins. Door to centre with letterbox fanlight, later gabled wooden porch with finial and tree trunk columns; painted windows flanking, window to left return. Sash and case windows with 12-pane glazing pattern. Ashlar coped skews, corniced stacks, grey slates, skylights to attics.

Included for group value, sharing similarities with other Forglen Estate cottages; Crossbrae, Garden Cottage and The Kennels, listed separately. Carnousie Estate Cottages feature similar late 19th century wooden gabled porches.
