Thomas Hannan, 1842. Single storey and attic,
rectangular plan, symmetrical former baker's house.
Rubble with ashlar dressings, formerly harled and
altered at rear.
N ELEVATION: 5-bay. Pilastered doorpiece at centre.
Panelled door with small-pane fanlight. Windows flanking
at ground grouped towards centre. Small upper windows
under eaves in bays flanking centre to left and right. 3
raised wallhead gables with ventilation slits.
S ELEVATION: projecting gabled centre bays with
symmetrical stair window in centre. Stone forestair to
outer left leading to doorway of attic store, breaking
eaves in gabled dormer. Later addition at outer right.
W ELEVATION: 4-bay, much altered in brick, 2 windows at
centre flanked by marginally taller windows.
12-pane glazing to sash and case windows, other windows
small-pane. Grey slates; piend roof. Rendered apex
stacks.
