Description

Warehouse built probably second half of 18th century, but
re-fronted later in 19th century with 2-storey house and
shop; tall 4-storey and attic warehouse survives at rear
(north). Street elevation: built of bull-faced white granite
ashlar, part coursed, part snecked, with contrasting red
ashlar margins and dressings; 3 bays, with square-headed pend
(to warehouse) central, shop to right (bipartite above),
house door and ground floor window to left; sash windows,
mostly with 4-pane glazing; coped end stacks.
Warehouse: built mostly of white granite rubble, 2 bays with
windows at each level (small top floor windows) and doors in
