Description

Walls probably 18th century. Garden enclosure, rubble-built
ashlar-coped walls linked at north end to Abbey house: 2
small square-plan, pyramidal-roofed sheds incorporated at
west, one set within, other set without enclosure gabled shed
at south east incorporates 2 re-used moulded stones as
lintels (one initialled T.S.-MM(?) presumably originally a
marriage lintel). Low wall to front (north) of house curved
towards chamfered square gatepiers, and swept upwards at east
to link with outbuilding gable.
