Description

Circa 1900, probably Ellis and Wilson. Single storey lodge, roughly L-plan. Stugged and pinned granite ashlar with finely tooled dressings. Timber porch in re-entrant angle. Canted windows to N. All windows sash and case, plate glass glazing. Piended slate roof, plain stacks. GATEPIERS: 2 tall granite piers, with banded effect rubble with tooled margins to each stone, cornice and bold mitre-like caps. Low quadrant walls and short outer piers.
