Description

Late 19th century. English cottage style single-storey and basement 3-

bay house, with rosemary-tiled gambrel roof, harled with cream

sandstone dressings, all openings in front basket-arched. Doorway, with linked 6-pane windows, surmounted by projecting pedimented gablet.

Outer windows hopper opening, with 2-pane lower, 4-pane opening

section. Two prominent chimney stacks towards centre.

Statement of Interest

Similar in style to range of cottages dated to 1894.
