Description

Early 19th century. Tall 2-storey, 4-bay former warehouse, converted as dwelling circa 1978. Built against side of slope with access from Sheriffs Brae. Dark rubble frontage to Quayside, modern harl elsewhere. 2 tall pointed-headed arcbed entrances in ground floor; similarly shaped smaller 4 window pattern in lst floor with single similar pointed-headed window in N return gable all with modern timber frames and multi-pane glazing. Entrance to dwelling house in raised ground floor from Sheriffs Brae with modern glazed entrance and much modern enlarged plate glass glazed fenestration. Pantiled roof.
