SHERIFFS BRAE FRONTAGE: doorway in re-entrant angle of 2-storey L-plan range with irregular fenestration. Coped end stacks; slate roof.

Statement of Interest

Customs House originally of 2-storey height, raised circa 1800. Tuskers in S return gable indicate former adjacent building, possibly the neighbouring ruinous 2-storey warehouse was originally a storey higher. Ground floor windows originally protected with shutters.

Centre archway in Harbour Place frontage designed in Banff traditional pend entrance style. Neighbouring Harbour House raised from former single storey warehouse and not included in listing.
