Description

Charles G Soutar (Dundee) 1905. Single asymmetricsl arts and
crafts manner, 2-storey and attic detached mansion, harled
and white washed, higher gabled projection centre of S front
with tile-hung 5-light rectangular bay, ground and 1st
floors, semi-circular window at attic level above broad
4-light balcony - roofed, harled rectangular bay on left,
3-bay timber verandah with 1st floor balcony linking to
centre bay, platformed dormers, very broad battered chimneys
at end gables and flanking centre bay. Single-storey and
attic wing on E.
