Description

James Gillespie (Graham) 1813. Classic 2-storey 7-window composition with giant Roman doric columns at end bays, coupled at centre; ashlar, slated.

Statement of Interest

Originally intended for the site at east end of St Catherine Street now occupied by the War Memorial. Erect on present site without change of design. Robert Balfour was consulted on the present site.
