and full-height attic, 5-bay asymmetrical building. Squared
sandstone rubble with contrasting ashlar dressings; rubble
side and rear.
Shop fronts below with pend through to back tenement stair.
Fire-clay balustrade running full length above ground floor.
2-storey, 3-light canted bays in 1st and 5th bays to 1st and
2nd floors, with undulating parapets. Stepped gables above,
each step with scroll; lion and unicorn finials. Slated steep
mansard at front only; 3 pilastered wallhead dormers with
unusual ogee pediments. Rear flat-roofed. Decorative gutter
fixtures; vase rainwater head.
